Nach Eingang der Informationen erhaltet ihr den offiziellen Kooperationsvertrag. Gleichzeitig werden die Wagenumlage und die Kaution fällig. Weitere Informationen zur Organisation und dem Ablauf der Parade folgen nach Zahlungseingang.
Wichtig: Bis zur öffentlichen Bekanntgabe durch Rave The Planet bitten wir euch, Stillschweigen über eure Teilnahme zu bewahren. Diese erfolgt erst nach Abschluss aller Kooperationsverträge.
Außerdem möchten euch wir darauf hinweisen, dass keine Pre- oder Afterpartys, die die Marke „Rave The Planet“ enthalten, durchgeführt werden dürfen. Solltet ihr Interesse an solchen Veranstaltungen haben, kontaktiert bitte unser Team.

The selection process for the participating floats in the „Rave The Planet Parade 2025 – OUR FUTURE IS NOW“ is now complete. In addition to important aspects like the general participation requirements (see the Float Guidelines), we placed special emphasis on originality, creativity, diversity, and inclusivity, as well as your ideas on sustainability.
We are excited to inform you that your float application has been successfully accepted!
The next step involves gathering some additional details about your float, your crew, and the final line-up. To do so, we’ve activated your login area on our website:

Once logged in, you will be directed to your application where you can fill in the missing information and upload your promotional materials. You can also access your application at any time using the following link:
Please make sure to enter the contract and billing address as well as the final vehicle size in step 2 „DETAILS“ by Thursday, February 20, 2025. The vehicle size must not be changed after that!
Once we receive the information, you will receive the official cooperation contract. At the same time, the float fee and deposit will be due. Further details about the organization and the parade’s schedule will follow after payment has been received.
Important: Until the official public announcement by Rave The Planet, we kindly ask you to keep your participation confidential. The announcement will be made after all cooperation contracts have been finalized.
Additionally, please note that no pre- or afterparties featuring the „Rave The Planet“ brand may take place. If you are interested in organizing such events, please contact our team.
