Stewards ensure the smooth flow of the demonstration. They make sure all requirements are met, coordinate logistics, and monitor overall safety conditions.

Depending on their skills, tasks may include:

• Float Attendant: Rides along on the floats to ensure safety requirements are followed on board.
• Float Communicator: Sits next to the float driver in the cockpit, keeping radio contact with the float, the coordination center, and area leads along the route.
• Route Steward: Watches over a specific section of the route. Primary tasks include ensuring smooth movement, keeping safe distances between floats, and making adjustments as needed to maintain safety and order along the route.

Awareness means to take care of each other. We want everyone at the parade to feel good, welcome and safe. Our awareness team encourages respectfulness, acts in a de-escalating manner, watches out for discrimination or personal boundary violations and helps those affected.

One of the biggest issues at large events is the massive waste they leave behind — but we’re tackling it head-on. We’re committed to keeping our impact low with sustainable practices that reduce and prevent waste, starting right at the parade. And on the Sunday after, we’re taking it to the next level with the “Rave The Planet Parade – CLEANUP DAY”, where we’ll give our beloved Tiergarten the respect it deserves through a full clean-up effort.

For decades, the Tiergarten has been our sanctuary, where we ravers have celebrated the dream of a better world. Now, it’s our turn to give back. Let’s honor this legendary spot together and make sure it’s left as clean and vibrant as the community that gathers there.
